New possibilities for utilizing valuable city territories in the large cities around the world

In the large cities of the world, Europe and especially the Balkans the problem with the possibility of parking your car is huge, especially in the central city zones. For lack of terrain there exists no radical solution.
In the search for an alternative to the jammed streets and sidewalks we offer the possibilities of the only remaining “free” territories, which all over the world have the same character and function. These are the underground levels below the existing school yards.
The schools in the old city structures are divided according to certain city planning principles and have yards with different areas.
We use their underground levels, while the above-ground level preserves its purpose.
The building up of the underground levels does not change the planning and the 3-dimensional spatial city structure.
In principle no underground engineering structures pass through the school yards.
The project brings to the existing cities a new potential, since these territories have never and nowhere been used, even the constitutions of the different countries do not have texts on them.
Usually the school yard areas are municipal property. Their underground levels are treated neither as a legal nor as a technical party until the moment of registry of our patent.
The full utilization of the underground level of school yards enriches each city with this great unused area and also improves its technical parameters. The underground levels below the school yards can also be used as a hideout for the children during terrorist attacks.
The deadline for building each individual site is limited strictly within the framework of the school summer holidays.
The exploitation of each individual site is 24 hours a day, year round.
This is a universal solution
            The acquired patent is for “construction and exploitation of a city multifunctional complex below ground level of the existing school yards”, which also offers additional investment opportunities.
            A request has been registered for acquiring a patent with the European Union and other countries across Europe and the world.
            The technical parameters and requirements for similar types of buildings are based on the accepted world norms.

The access to the underground levels is provided through ordinary or elevator platforms. It is possible to enter the underground levels only through computer-controlled platforms. The entrances to the underground levels of the parking lots are located farthest from the entrances to the school buildings. The exhaust gases are purified and intentionally drawn out through the highest parts of the school buildings. Children and cars have no direct spatial contact. The solution allows new possibilities to the cities already with “arrangements”. These are new areas with additional income for any city administration. The new underground structure could be built by any of the known construction methods, where it is removed at the required minimal distance from the existing school building. All engineering systems are individually constructed and independent.
The main participants in the implementation of the offered solution are:

The owner of the terrain;
The owner of the patent;
Creditors or owners of the licensed rights for the specified territories, after the newly established company acquires the rights for construction works;
Interested investors, members of the shareholding company, established for this purpose.
